I woke up this morning to a pretty ugly sight: This post and its comments. I lost it a bit and wrote a rant and the reaction was mostly well-informed and thoughtful. Heck there were even some really good suggestions in it about ways to deal with the mob problem. I can't get into any details, but tech has been working on some possible interesting solutions. I've also made a couple of suggestions myself, so we're not just hoping the problem goes away. I'd like to think that some of the ideas will turn into something that improves the process for everyone.
