I played just about every MMO you can think of : / The ones I enjoyed most were Anarchy Online, ROSE online and WoW (and Guild Wars, but that is not really considered a MMO) Currently playing world of warcraft, I don't find it that addicting.. at all. It is fun to play, sure, but addictive? not really, at least to me it isn't. Looking forward to Warhammer Online and Guild Wars 2

Only played a few, my first one was a free one called Silkroad, then i went to play one called Trickster and then one called DoFus. I stuck with Silkroad for a good week or two playing about 2-4 hours a day. But to answer the question, I don't have a favorite.

I played a few MMOs... I started with Star Wars Galaxies when that first came out, but I was on dial-up so I eventually gave up and sold it and my friends were just too high-level for me. Then they nerfed the crap out of it and made me never want to go back. Then I bought Guild Wars because it was free online and I had a friend playing it, but he was the only one and he played it more than I did and got to a higher level. After a while, I got bored with it and quit playing (never bought any of the expansions). Though I did play it the other day. Still not into it. Then I gave in and bought WoW because everyone in my real-life "clan" bought it. I loved WoW. It felt so much more colorful and with a great story. I loved all the Warcraft games so it felt natural to play WoW. I got to level 61/62 but I quit because I wanted to have money to buy console games and graduate school is actually quite tough. Also, it sucked the life away from several of my friends, one in particular is still hooked; so, I'm glad I quit. Then I started craving another MMO so I downloaded RFOnline, but that game is only grinding which is boring and the draw-rate is extremely short so things will only pop up sometimes if they are 3-5 feet away from you. If they're farther than that, good luck in seeing the higher level creature agro and come kill you. But, it is free... I would say the only MMO I would play again would be WoW. I've got characters at 61/62 and a 24, but I'm so damn busy with graduate school it won't be for a long time.
