haha yes good job security. Yeah there are a ton of management positions in the industry and in my experience HR people like you more if you're insanely in to games so you have an edge.

It's been awhile so I thought I'd spill some beans. Silly beans, but beans nonetheless.

The cafeteria has a 70"+ TV with Forza 2 set up. That series is developed in the building next to mine.

There is a case in the cafeteria with every single special faceplate ever made for the 360.

MS regularly releases branded pop cans that are only distributed internally so I'm starting collection :P The first one is that stupid soda talking rain so kinda a shitty start. lol.

A guy down the hall has a Viva Pinata actual Pinata lol.

There are several doors with lol cats on the outside doing something related to xbox gaming.

There's a functioning mail room that is stocked weekly with supplies from Office Depot that you can use.

Upstairs are the creates of XNA which you can read about at creators.xna.com. It basically allows anyone to mess around with code on the 360 pretty damn easily. They're currently working on a way to let users publish games to xbox live and that's coming out late 2008 I think.
