Ya know, I know this is unpopular, but I think it's way more frustrating now.
For one, on foot he moves like he's in oatmeal. Also, as you mentioned, the driving, which wouldn't be a problem if you didn't have to chase so many people. Also, they took out alot of really cool features from San Andreas, like building muscle. Oh, and the shooting, which is even CLUMSIER! When it locks on a mofo, it damn-well doesn't want to let go.
