Final Fantasy just isn't that good anymore, it's climax was advent children, but after that...
I really need to make a FFFG that brings back the originality of it.

Um ff13 and vrs is going back to the original its dubed the return of the crystals (thats what the latin name that is being used i don't know what it is off the top of my head)


but ya ever since ff7 final fantasy just wasen't good x was great but other then that....but ya im getting a ps3 for this...well not really just this i wanna play ff vrs more..and resistance 2 sounds good (never played the first so i dont know)

I'm a FF fanatic. (I even have a Cactaur tattoo on my ankle.) VI is still my absolute favorite and nothing since then has really captivated me. However, I've enjoyed most of the games since then. (I absolutely HATED VIII, though... Characters were horribly annoying.) Something about the way that FF stories are told and the character development works for me. I kind of wish they'd stop messing with the battle system every game, but I understand why they do. People like me who want to play more of the same because it's familiar are a dying breed. Seems like everyone wants "New! Innovative!" etc. Still, I like the old and familiar. And I like the new. There's just something about FF that I'm always happy with. Call me a fangirl, I guess. ^_~ Besides, as much as we complain about how the new ones aren't as good, yada yada, sales still show that Square Enix has a winning formula.

My game tastes are much closer to Japanese gamer tastes, so maybe that explains things... /shrug

2D FF was ftw, after it got into 3D it wasn't as good.

ahh big swords just dont cease to amaze me. i remember the other final fantasy especially 7 that was the best one.

Oh dear lord I hated advent children but the last FF I played was X as an import several years ago and I loved it but since FFXI I haven't been interested.

To be honest, I've never played a FF Game in my life, though I do keep up on the gameplay and stuff.
