Sure, it's factory sealed, but it's not like they'll leave it sealed once they receive it... right? Unless they don't plan on playing it, but that would suck.

It's not that hard to find it under 100$ with the box and all in near mint condition.

The guy who created DBZ, Akira Toriyama, is the same guy who was the character designer for CT, so that's probably the similarity you're seeing. As far as I know, Chrono (orange/red hair) was created for the game. I don't remember ever hearing about him being in DBZ... I could be wrong, though. My DBZ knowledge is very limited.

There was a lookalike in one of the DBZ movies, although i don't know which one(never watched any of the DBZ movies, so the little i know about them is from DBZ:Budokai Tenkaichi 2), actually i don't even remember the character's name. His haircut was slightly different though, and the sword was different as well.
