True that.

hum... 90% is pretty high! o.o I don't think it's that high a number, but maybe a 70%... Having a R4 doesn't mean that you only play pirated games... I know some people that have the R4 just to try the new games and then decide if it's worth buying. And even in Japan the R4 in always out of stock in many akiba stores. Flash Carts become more popular as the DS titles flood continues, it will just grow, i think... unless Nintendo do some great stuff with that DS demos thing on the Wii

It's a lot different in Japan.

Well that statistic is a bit high, 90% is definitely wrong, but still there's a lot of people in the US using R4/M3 and stuff like that because it's so easy to use, and DS roms are easy to find. It's not a complicated(and slightly "dangerous") process like hacking a PSP(well, at least it was complicated before, don't know how it is now). Last edited by Jobocan : 02-01-2008 at 01:29 PM.

90% sure is nonsense.. Nintendo's sales would plummit if that were true, and we would defenitely see that in the sale-charts. Maybe they did a quick test on, say, 10 people or so who just happened to be in the rom-bizznizz. |
